I need the template for a Sardo rack

A local room here has a Sardo but no template.
I did a little googling and did not find one.
Tried to send an email to Sardo and it was returned as non deliverable.

So........ does anyone on here have a template I can get, get a copy of, or know of a place where I can print one from?

Had the same problem with email. If you call the 800 number on the site they will give you another number to call. They sent me one free.
