BUT the seller won't sell!! This was a no-reserve auction on CueAuctions.com and I actually won the auction at $424, but outbid myself to bump it up to $482, but the seller refuses to sell at the winning bid! I got an email from him stating the Scruggs cue is $700! I'm kinda hesitant to give his full name on the forum, first name is Carl, but I'm pretty sure he pulled the same thing with a Richard Black cue he also had listed at no-reserve that ended on the same day. He's "banned" from that site, but, other than legal action, there's apparently no recourse. Obviously, his word and integrity is not worth the few bucks more he expected to get.

Bet you could take him to small claims court if the auction actually ended and there was no reserve.

Yes, the no-reserve auction ended with me being the high bidder. I'm sure I can take him to small claims court, but he's in Virginia and I'm in NM. I am talking to an attorney who has asked for all the documentation, which I am delivering tomorrow. He may know an attorney in Virginia who can deal with it. :p
