Whilst looking for info on a certain group within the industry just to satisfy my own curiosity & to see if they were still around (I think you can guess who I'm talking about) I found completely by chance a website which is up to date by the looks of things for none other than the United States Pool Players Association (UPA).

Now correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that they were dead & buried roughly around 2001? I assume they still run tournaments?.

I guess not. 5 player teams (3 alternates) would be two matches a night? At $50 a night fees? Wow, nevermind.
