ID Cue Please

If it's 18 thread....then I'm sure it's an old Joss....
...I had a '71 Joss with those joint collars....and 18 threads.

I actually just got a new Z shaft 5/16-14 and tried to put it on then I realized it is a 18 .First time I ever saw a Joss with a 18 thread

My favorite playing cue is a '68 Joss...18 threads also.

Danny Janes would like it for his collection....
..I told him ....to let this cue go, I needed a half hour in his shop with an empty truck.

Looks like a Joss from the mid 70's. I had a similar one made with an ivory joint. No veneers, but it did have two rings at the front of the wrap. It also had the Rambo style butt plate. I got mine for about $300 with 4 shafts. Makes you sick to think of what they cost now. I remember Timmy telling me later that getting the ivory joint was the way to go when you have the Rambo butt. A steel joint hit too hard and was a little loud.
