Ok AZer's. This unknown belongs to a friend of mine and neither of us can find any markings on it or have any knowledge as to it's brand or maker. I have never seen this joint before which is a kind of early quick release. You insert the shaft and twist once and it locks. The two dots on the joint line up. The butt plate appears to be stainless steel like the joint. The forearm has no inlays but appears to be a dark rosewood. Anyone that can help please do with name and or value. It is obviously a 60's to 70's piece. Sorry for the bad pics I had to use my phone:(

I am not sure who made it, But I had one exactly like it years ago, I sold it on Ebay maybe seven years ago. I always thought it might have been a Rich cue. As I remember it only took a 1/2 turn to lock the joint. I really got a chuckle seeing another one all these years later.
 
Just thought I'd bump this one last time. Is this really that rare that no one knows what it is?
