It has a good stuff for the furrel, the pin is fiberglass 3/8 x 11, the butt is African Blackwood and so are the points,Irish linen wrap.

looks like the conversion came or came out from a medium grade of cue. 300 bucks.

That is a Mali with a custom G10 pin. It originally came with a steel 3/8x10 pin. The one I had was very stiff and played like an 80's McDermott.

Malis are 100-300 depending on the fanciness and condition if at least in good shape. This one is probably $200 because it's unique and not mangled by the work.
