Made for Keith Richards, the 'Jumpin Jack Flash Special'. Very rare.
Well that clears it up. I thought it was J for a Ron Jeremy cue. Longer and fatter than typical.

I consulted a colleague in cryptography with No Such Agency, yes, I know people there. Don't tell WW, he thinks I never worked for the government.

There are Gold Crowns with tight pockets in heaven.
You cannot pass through the Pearly Gates with a CF shaft.
They are even skeptical of anything laminated in a shaft, but they do dig a cored butt.
Sadly, we have rolled right past the epitome of the pool cue.

One I found in the US, and one in Japan. No, I did not buy them. One of them I would buy, but they wanted stupid money for it. They think it's an Adam, and it's definitely a KaoKao cue. They refused a reasonable (but still high) offer. I wanted that cue for a specific reason in my collection, not the logo, although the logo made it more interesting.
I don't know if it's a billiard supply company, or some other thing. I don't know if it is in the US, Japan, or other.
It just has had me really curious.
