Identify this cue, need some help.

Looking to add the nice spliced wood colored cue to my collection but the owner nor myself do not have any idea of the make or manufacturer.
Any help appreciated.

Looks like a Philippine made cue something like a Dale Perry cue- but he signs his cues either a DP in the buttsleeve or Dale Perry on the forearm. My guess is a Philippine made cue that copies Dale Perry popular designs such as the one depicted here Dale does a lot of cues with the points in the buttsleeve that contain inlays:

That's really useful! After reviewing your suggestions, it certainly has DP characteristics. Unfortunately the joint is not a common DP type and it appears to make use of resin butt cap and joint collar while DP never uses that material in any cues I've seen online.
Might be worth a look in person and taking home if the price is right.

Definitely looks like the kind of weird pin you’d find on low-end eBay cues from the Philippines.
