What ? Not even an off color comment ? There is no shamrock on the butt cap so cant say for sure.
If you're saying that you can't find the model in the retired cue section of the McDermott website... I'll add that the joint rings don't look McD to me.

Need closer view of joint, and butt cap, what's the thread? Joss also made a 2000 series cue but the rings and butt cap don't look right for a Joss.
I will ask the owner to send me some better pics. The ringwork doesn't look like a mcdermott or a joss. Yet according to the owner, it does have a flat faced joint. The shaft could be from either company? If there was an insert in the shaft id say possibility joss but it doesnt.
