Identify this cuemaker?

Hello,

A friend of my friend posted and asked on Facebook who the maker is, he could only provide one pic of it

Out of curiosity I thought I'd asked here since no one could answer the question.

My closest bet was Ryan Theewen from Rat Cues, it looks like a signed (RAT Q) but it's different from Ryan's regular signature on his cues.

No offense, but I can sign a strange signature on a cue and ask for it to be identified too. It would be very helpful to all, if there were more pictures that showed common identifying features.

That doesn't appear to be a RAT and looks awfully shoddy for something Ryan would have made. Not to mention it looks like RJT with Qs under it.

I agree, looks much more like RJT

No offense, but a signature on a cue is usually the easiest way to identify it.
did the guy say he signed it himself? If you don't know, a simple no, or better yet not responding might be the better option.
 
Is that signature over the clear-coat? It almost looks like someone put that signature there after the cue was made and it's over the clear-coat, it looks in a lot better shape than the rest of the cue what is shown in the pictures, none of the letters have scuffs or scratches on them. Maybe it was an old owner of the cue?
 
I've seen it before.
It's the same guy who invented the "security code" you have to decipher when you reset a password
