Identify this joint...

I have an old cue that was a present. Ive been told it is probably from a production line. The mark on the buttend is "VINTAGE" and roman numeral "IX". I would like to add a shaft and joint protectors, but no one has been able to correctly identify the joint. Please help...

Do you have the shaft that went with it?

Looks like a uniloc knockoff, try 5/16x18 piloted

Maybe 5/16x14
