A friend of mine has an old "Brunswick" (as I was told) table that I helped her husband level and recover. The one striking thing about the slate was that the pockets were cut "square" in the slate on the corners, and triangular for the sides, and the actual pocket radius was a piece of wood, with a small ~ 3/8" round-over fillet.
Has anyone seen a table like this in their travels? Any idea as to what manufacturers made table slates in this fashion? The table had a locking/sliding ball tray/drawer and the return system was wooden, not the tubular type seen on the older brunswick balke collanders.
She was told it was an old brunwick, but I have not seen anything like it on thier website.
