If anyone knows what this cue is I would really appreciate the info ive had it for some time now and getting back in to the game made me dust it off, I got it early 90s and was told it was a libra, thanks.

It looks Libra-esk to me, but I am no expert.

Look at the top of the pin and see if it has a white insert and that will be the first thing that would help identify it.
