If a gun was put to your head to choose one player to pocket a difficult shot for you, who would you choose?

This question has been asked alot, basically if the player makes the ball he'll spare your life, if he misses you're gone.

In this thread you can choose any player from any ERA. The shot is long tough shot.

One thing, just write ONE name, you can't choose multiple, or go "if not this then i'll choose that player instead" JUST ONE NAME, ONE PLAYER.

Also no wall of text explanation, just one name and be done with it, maybe one sentence is fine about the player.

You're right it has been asked. A lot. What kind of shot? Long straight in? Super thin cut? Bank? Kick? If its just making a ball under the gun i'd put Sigel way up on any list. In his prime he shot so straight it was a joke. Modern guys i'd say SVB/Gorst/Filler would be a pick'em.

long straight shot, you can choose his era too... i.e. you can go Earl Strickland in the 90's.

If he knows he's playing for my life, I'd pick Sigel in his prime. He never lost in a final in those days, the finest pool player ever under pressure.
