First off, I'm not quite sure about an advertising rule on here and if I'm doing something wrong i apologize. I'm also not trying to step on anyones toes.

My name is Sammy Williams and I started giving pool lessons about 6 months ago. I've came to the realization that I still love pool but I don't have time to play it anymore. I like making other people better and quite honestly I'm probably better at lessons than I ever played. I've worked myself quite a number of clients around the Marietta and further east.

I teach it all. I don't just sit back and cover drills. That's a waste of my time and yours. I do fundamentals but also I'm great with the mental game. I guess it just comes from the seasoning I have. If you're interested shoot me a PM and I will get back to you with the rates and whatever else you would like to know.

Well I'm not sure about the rules either. Can you please give us some of your qualifications? I mean why would someone come to you? what track record do you have? That kind of thing, the reason I ask is there is the Georia Billiards Academy right there in Marrietta also.

Jesters, I do not have any type of BCA type licenses if that's what you're asking. I started this as a hobby to just get out of the house honestly. Just had a little one so it worked well lol. I used to be a good player when I played. B+ shortstop level. I played every night and really grinded it out everywhere. I have a very high knowledge for the game and I can fix anything. Everyone I've worked with so far as went up at least a ball on their game. I've worked with I'd say D+ - B+ players. League players, gamblers, and tournament players.

I have taken lessons from Sammy and he has made a HUGE difference in my game. I have been playing for over 20 years and I have taken lessons from some of the pros. Sammy corrected flaws in my game (stance, setup, stroke, etc.) that no one else could see. Also, he is great with the mental game. He is the best teacher that I have seen in my 20+ years in pool.

Mike B.

I have not really taken any lessons from Samho(though we have gone on the road together a bit), however if the Mike B that posted this is the same one I have been gambling with recently, then he has definitely been a big help. I have played with Mike for years and always felt like I was a big favorite, but recently he has been firing back at me better than ever. Mike's game has gone up a few notches extremely quickly, and based on that alone I could recommend Sammy.
