I haven't had good customer service when dealing with Billiardswarehouse.com (last month buying predator shafts) and won't return however, I have had great service at ozonebilliards for over a decade. Just my 2 cents based off of my dealings with two of the sites you mentioned.
By the way, people do four and five figure deals here all the time based on each others word. I've been on AZ for approximately 8 years and have had nothing but great transactions (better than retailers when it comes to service).
