If the US Open 9-ball ends on Saturday (Oct 20), how many matches will I expect on Friday (Oct 19th)? Will it be the last 32? last 16?

Me and my friends are planning to drop by on Friday (Oct 19) and watch the afternoon and evening sessions... we are not sure how many matches we'll be able to see that day. It depends on how many players are left by Friday which is why I am asking...

Any input?

Last year I believe the last 8 were left for Sunday which would be Saturday this year; therefore, probably you'll get to see the last 32 on Friday.
