if u are not on the ipt do not worry about it

must be abunch of sour grapes to have nothing better than to say negative stuff will if u guys put is much time being negative into being positive we might have something real big here and it takes the support of the fans but if the fans are going to be negative maybe we do not want people like u guys being negative around the tour because u guys are way to negative give the man a chance and if nothing is good u can tell how you were right.

By chance - are you related to Billy Jay Trotter?

why is everybody worried about a check if u are not on the IPT allow the players worry about this, not u. I am a IPT member and I am not worried about my check I will if it does not show up by next week. this whole leaving everybody in the dark is not cool but we will soon see what the IPT has in store for us players and this will probably mean we will need to start a escrow account where the prize fund will need to be distributed from.

Hot dang, another newbie IPT plant. Go get em tiger!

We are getting a lot of newbies posting on positively about the IPT. HUH!
Looks like a very inexpensive PR campaign for the IPT! If you haven't posted more than 300 times, you are not credible guys. Go spread your BS somewhere else. Nobody is being fooled by you! I hope.

YES!

More conspiracy theories!

Maybe wee newbies are just too tired to just read your jack ass posts, and want to write some opinions too.

Or - maybe I am Mr. Andrews, and I don't have anything better to do. And I am very attached about your opinions and this forum. Your opinions are so important to me, you know.

Or - maybe I am Mr. Trudeau himself! And I really do not have anything to do, just to hang on this forum.

Yeah, I'm progressing.

But don't let irrelevant things to drag your focus away from the point.

Or - is it just a hiding place?

To drag others focus also to spelling, so stupid lambs wouldn't think, and maybe see the point. But then again, they hide by their own will anyway, so maybe it is relevant to spell correctly, so they have to hide some where else.

So why the f did you quote just my snide comment about spelling, rather than address my on-topic comments ? Sheesh, don't accuse me of hiding when you dodge my real response with bs like the above. You're starting (?) to sound like a troll.

Actually, you started this hiding thing by putting focus on irrelevant things, so don't blame me about it, I'm just trying to get the topic understood, and uncover people like you.

Well, the original messages are forgotten allready, so I lost.

Interesting comment coming from someone that doesn't have the cajones to post under their real name. Say what you want about me, Dave, Purdman and a few others, but you can't call us cowards. We don't hesitate to call a spade a spade and we do it out in the open with our real names.

I love how the slew of new members singing the praises of the IPT the last couple of days are all hiding behind screen names. What do you have to hide?

You'd think they could at least find one that can structure a sentence so that the rest of us don't get migraines reading it. Sheesh!

I could live with the slaughter of all the punctuation and grammar rules if they simply had the guts to post under their real names. Anyone can be a big talking know it all hiding behind a screen name...;)

Well, Timberly, you didn't understand at all what was this msg about, which was pointed to Dave. I wonder if Dave ever understood it either.

I was uncovering his intentions to hide the point, nothing else. He's concentrating on irrelevant things, and trying to draw others attention there too.

But, like it's said earlier already, the point is forgotten, so no reason to continue this anymore.

No reason other than to point out that you posted some numbers in reply #5 (a response to nostrokes reply #2) to which I objected in post #15. At the end of post #15 I took a shot at your speeleng, which you then quoted, focused on, and accused me of hiding from the original point. Kinda makes me want to say "hmmmmmm".

My intention was to try to demonstrate that these discussions, overall, do not seem out of the norm for sports fans. Fans criticize athletes, their performances, their coaches, trainers, managers and ball boys. Your originally suggested numbers of 95% positive talk and 5% negative talk is why I thought you were a rose-coloured glasses type fellow. I feel it's my job to talk those types down off of their hype-high ... you're welcome. :D

Well, actually, you didn't understand it.

I referred there for the first time when you focused on my misspelling, instead to the point. It was in another topic. I'm too lazy to try to find it from the ocean of unneccessary speculation.

I was impressed though from your investigations, and I already tried to send you msg "Ok", but for some reason my computer refused to send it.

Hey! My computer is wiser than me!

Ps. I can use my Text-program in the future, so my misspellings will be corrected by the comp.

Perhaps you should stick to pool, your reading comprehension and debating skills leave a lot to be desired, even understanding that German is your first language. I also believe you when you say you are lazy. I wrote a bunch about the reaction of fans, and 1 tiny line about spelling. YOU focused on the 1 line rather than my serious content. It all became clear when you announced that you are an IPT member, you ARE looking through the rose-coloured glasses of bias. You are basicly saying "please people, don't look my gift horse in the mouth". I say criticism is healthy, and it will be more then 5% of the comments in crisis situations.

Hehehe, I know probably sanskrit as well as german (languages written in small initial - as they taught me in school ; ), and if you try to be objective yourself, you'll see that I have just responded to you. My focus hasn't been there any more than your have.

I don't have rose-coloured glasses, but if I'd have to choose, I'd much rather wear them than foggy glasses with lenses that skew the view.
I do try to be objective, the faith that I have, is based on the experience on the Tour. It's good to have faith, and better to be slightly optimistic than anyhow pessimistic, IMHO. Realism is the difficult thing - when your mind never really can be sure.

Criticism is welcome, when it's done in constructive manner, and yes, in crisis situations, of course it can (should) be more than 5% of the comments. I meant overall comments about the IPT, when I said that in the first place..

And about my debating skills... ...I don't want to debate.
I don't see debating to be constructive, or anyhow fertile for anything. I'm sorry if I went for that.
I've learned that to be able to respect one self, we have to learn to respect others - and vice versa. Sometimes it's difficult to practice what you preach, but life is learning..
And of course humor and (self)irony should be there, as things shouldn't be taken too seriously anyway..
