I was wondering if anyone knew if rocketman or Pete Fulton played anymore?

Always like watching rocketman play (before I knew how to play at all) and really liked watching him play after I could play a little.

Pete used to come into Indiana for tourneys and even matched up with Al a few times.

Haven't heard about these two people in a long time.

i don't know if they play anymore but i played them from time to time out in "the heights" at dick weavers and arron lake's old place and at tourney's around chicago. those are two names i haven't heard for awhile but then again i have been out of the tourney scene for a while myself.

I'm not positive about this info, but......I've heard Rocketman hasn't played anymore because of health reasons.......And I heard that Pete Fulton pretty much stopped playing the last few years because he became a dealer at the casinos and was playing cards instead.

Rocketman had had a pretty nasty battle with diabetes and has fallen on some serious health issues and Pete moved to Vegas to deal cards. He plays no pool anymore. Very sad on both counts..........:(

I agree, sad indeed! I miss Rich aka Rocketman! He was a good friend. I believe he lost a limb due to diabetes. He shows up to The Windy City Open in January. www.windycityopen.net
