This post may be against the rules or policy, but I feel I must give credit where credit is due--plus I like to read threads like these:
I've been buying cues left and right lately and I'm extremely hard to please and generally have a lot of questions. Recently, thanks to a few members here and elsewhere, I've purchased, to name a few, a Schon, Shurtz, Joss and an another OB1 shaft. I've talked to Bob Owen (Shurtz), Evan Clarke (Schon), Dan Janes (Joss) and Royce (OB1) on the telephone more than a few times about different aspects of their cues, etc. On each occasion they went out of their way to answer all my questions, returned my calls, explained everything in detail, never bashed another product even when I told them I dealing with their counterparts. I've never met any of the gentlemen. I'm very impressed with their knowledge, courtesy and just being nice to someone aggravating them. These guys are great! Thanks for your contribution to billiards.
