I'm in love...

I just got my Jim Murnak case and the first thing I noticed was how LIGHT it is! The case is a 2x4 from the vintage line. The leather is beautiful and rich, and the intricacy of the carvings is amazing! The pockets are convenient, spacious, and easy to get into. Opens with ease and closes securely. I'll be taking photos tonight to post on AZ with a full review tomorrow!

I'm absolutely in love!

Could you weigh it for me please Sweet Marissa?

Thanks!

Since I'm at the office until 6pm, I'll be posting a full review with photos tomorrow. And I'll weigh it, also, Shorty. I'm a little thing myself and am able to handle it with ease.

I was getting worried for a minute. I thought you'd been snapped up ;)

Whew! So you're still waiting for a Doctor of Journalism to whisk you away in a powerful red rental car with tires pumped to 80 psi ...

What's the balance point?

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

So cool! I'm excited for ya! What color?? I can't wait for mine to arrive! Jim said it should be here in another 2-3 weeks. I will also post pics once it arrives, but in the meantime, why don't you show us yours!? (as it were)

No worry about that happening... where you gonna find a no porn watching, Christian devout, straight laced whipping boy???

They're about as rare as a Catholic priest with no woody watching a boys CYO basketball game... :)

I'm surprised. The only Murnak cue I've seen, though it was 3-cue version was too heavy for me to even think about lifting. Maybe the owner had some lead weights in there for ballast?

ROTFLMAO...that is funny!!

Also, don't forget a guy that's loaded and willing to hand it over or spend tons of it!
(I think you're now going to have a lot of parents on "woody watch" if they're Catholic) LMAO :D

I have a few photos here.

I've gotten wonderful compliments on it here in Columbus and will have it at the Southern Classic Open this weekend.

I think I just found the case for me I have been looking for a new case for a while. Marissa will you ship it to me so I can try it out for a couple weeks and make sure I like it before I buy one?? :D

If you don't mind people calling you Marissa :p

I could never part with it! Take a look at his site, though... www.jimmurnakcuecases.com ... very affordable and worth every penny.

I love it! Now if you can come up to Valley Forge in March I can see it. You wouldn't have to worry about a room either!

Marissa

What model of Vintage case is it? I noticed some differences
from standard models. Like all the extra tooling you had done.
Also the 1 diagonal zipper instead of 2 on the front long pocket.
And what color is it? It is difficult to tell from your pictures.
Can you please weigh it, empty and loaded, and post the weights.
(Pool rooms with a 'store' usually have a scale)

Looks mighty pretty though ...

A word of caution... I would put the butt in with bumper up, you
don't want to eventually punch a hole into the lid pad with your
joint screw ...

Did it come with a vibrator? .... lol

I too am still interested in the EMPTY and FULL weight.

*cries cause Marissa forgot all about him*

The case looks great. Is the color Black Cherry? I have a plain jane vintage case in Black Cherry...lol. The engraving looks awesome on yours though! I need to find something to make the shafts stick up a bit so I can easily take them out without having to turn the case over. The jps on my weston are long enough but my Gilbert jps aren't as long.
