I'm losing faith in UPS

if you send it priority mail express 1 to 3 days. and it gets late you get a full refund. from usps.

the other shippers have something similar. but i use the postal service and never had anything delayed more than like a day or so.

i just like the idea of federal employees who value the job mostly touching my package

I have the best results with Fed Ex- the last UPS shipment to me went wrong as well.

How much is Fedx to ship. Roughly. UPS rates got nuts

I just sent a full set of balls from Ct to Colorado Fed Ex ground - $18. Fed Ex does not have a surcharge for cues or cases longer than 18 inches like the USPS. They will surcharge, however if a longer round tube like 32 inches is not shipped inside a rectangular box-

So if one likes to ship cues in PVC tubes - just put the tube inside a box under 38 inches or put the tube inside the free USPS long triangular boxes- fed ex will ship stuff that is inside a Free USPS box.

It is important to create your own FedEx residential shipping account online - best to also use the Fed EX app - you get the best rates that way and you can produce a QR code off your app that allows you to print the label at the Fed ex office.

If you do not have an account and just walk your box to a Fed ex office - they will charge higher rates to create a shipping label for you.
