I've been playing on the same BCA big table 8 ball league for about 3 years now, every year we get 3rd place because there are 2 teams who are just loaded with talent and they knock us out every time. Well last week we finally got past one of those teams and are playing tonight for 1st place. I'm so ready to get off work and get ready, I just got this feeling tonight’s the night but we're gonna have to play lights out to beat this team. The team we beat last week makes up one half of a team that is going to Vegas shortly to play in the big APA tourney, the team we're playing tonight is the other half of that same team. Wish us luck!!

Good luck. Stay focused, rely on your mechanics, and have a great time. It's all about the competition not about the winning; give it your best shot and let the chips fall where they may. The best sports coach I ever had said, "if you're going to enjoy sports, you've got to love to win, but you can't mind losing." This philosophy will put you ahead of at least half of any competitors you may face.
