"Monster" John Rouse passed away last week. Myself and everyone I knew respected him greatly. He was one of the greatest one pocket players I ever played. After years of beating me when we we're young I finally beat him when I was 23. Out of respect he never asked me to play again. Here's a link to his obituary. John was a good friend of my Daddy's and became one to me while I worked at Harley's, I can still remember how he takes his coffee and the last time I did that had to be 10 yrs ago, 2 sugars and half a spoon of cream, always asking me why I don't play pool, I told him I was better off running a poolroom then trying to be a pool player, he said my Daddy raised a smart woman, I was to embarressed to tell him I couldn't even rack the balls let alone play any pool, alot of pool players in Heaven right now and I'm sure he already has a game going, RIP
