More veiws of the article could equal more pool articles. He has no knowledge of pool or the state of pool just decided this might make for a good read! My wife plans on talking to him about are trip to 2015 MOSCONI Cup and plans for the 2016 Mosconi cup! Also informing him about how players are playing in tournaments to try to make the team! I am hoping me subjecting to watching endless streams and learning about all the pro players might come in handy someday besides just conversating with me!
 
How regrettable! Players from Russia. Players from Holland. Players from Taiwan. Players from Germany. Players from South Dakota and NYC. All in a small place in southern Indiana. Most matches refereed without incident by the players themselves. Terrific match ups for nine days in a variety of disciplines. Spectators galore. Afficionados enjoying themselves and exchanging ideas. People having a drink and a talk without a voice raised.

And this guy shows up at one of the most varied and exciting sports events in the world, and what does he write? Pool room clichés that have been peddled a thousand times by others. On top of that, he finds a disturbed guy talking to himself, an upstairs room with people who harm the reputation of the sport, and Earl abusing a younger player. The only thing missing is Scooter.

If I ran the Indianapolis Star and I judged my reporters on the basis of the accuracy and balance of the reports that they filed, this guy would be gone.

Who steered this guy at the tournament? Invite the reporter back? No way! Bar him!
 
Oh I agree! I wish there was gambling in pool what so ever! I enjoy playing pool and that's that!
If I had known he was going I would had showed him the great side of the game!
