Indy500, Super Bowl, NCAA But no Pro events

Indy is a great City to host all kinds of major events.
APA and VNEA both have a State Tournament at the Marriott every year (APA have over 100 bar box diamonds). So I would think someone could set up some 9 footers at the same time as one of the tournament or a stand alone event. I know there's the Derby but, Kentucky more less claim that one.
Whats chance of bringing Pro Pool to Indy!

All it takes is somebody with a fair amount of money they don't mind losing, lots of spare time to spend putting it together and a huge amount of patience and tolerance in dealing with all the whiney pros.

You already have a couple of the best tournaments around. If you don't consider the two events at Brickyard Billiards to be "pro" events, I don't know what may be better. Sometimes you overlook the most beautiful tree because you only see the forest :sorry: !
