Info on Billiard Club Network

We bought the "Spider" from the Billiard Club Network online for Christmas. We paid through PayPal, and the transaction for payment to BCN was completed the next day. So far, we haven't gotten the "Spider", and all I can get through the telephone is an answering machine. I have left numerous messages, and several emails, with no results. Has anyone else had any dealings, good or bad, with the Billiard Club Network? What are your ideas for either getting the "Spider" or getting our money back?

What date did you order the bridge cuemaker?
Companys tend to shut down over Christmas and postal services get hammered so my suggestion is to give it more time.
 
We ordered it on Dec 17th, PayPal completed the money part of the transaction on Dec 18th. What really worries me is that they don't answer their phone, or emails. Their website says we have no made any purchases...so, I am not sure what is going on...
