We bought the "Spider" from the Billiard Club Network online for Christmas. We paid through PayPal, and the transaction for payment to BCN was completed the next day. So far, we haven't gotten the "Spider", and all I can get through the telephone is an answering machine. I have left numerous messages, and several emails, with no results. Has anyone else had any dealings, good or bad, with the Billiard Club Network? What are your ideas for either getting the "Spider" or getting our money back?
