info on Wayne custom cues?

I am not sure about this cue maker or how his cues play and if they keep their value. Like to see pictures and information on these if anyone out there has any.

Helpful to be sure and his work looks to be top notch. I have been scanning ebay and ran one that LOOKS like a Wayne, but, I am not certain. It has the "W" on the butt-sleeve and looks like a level 4 in the "Blue Book of Cues" 2nd ed. It has a low bid and I was thinking of bidding. I would drop the link here, but, I have not figured out how to do this yet. lol
