Information on the cue needed

Recently I received some offers on a Randy Mobley cue. Any RM expert here can identify the cue? It’s beautiful cue and I’m sure it’s legit, but I’m confused on the W or VV logo or letter. Please reply with explanation if possible. Thank you all.

Are all of those photos of the same cue? The forearm and butt sleeve have no business being two parts of a whole. There is absolutely nothing that ties them together.
