Those are clips from a 25-minute DVD. There are also stop-action prints of some shots available. For a related article, see the May 2005 (2005-05) article at http://www.sfbilliards.com/articles/BD_articles.html

The DVD was produced by Robert Leitner and the player shooting the shots is Andreas Efler, a top Austrian 3-C player. I asked Efler about the tip seen in the stills in the article, and he says it was the usual, thick Moori he uses.
