I would say have a mixture of friendly and tough tables. Don't care what size. If you want repeat customers, they need tables they can have fun on. Yes 9ft tables are for the big boys that play better than everyone else. However when people with lesser skills go out to have fun they don't need to play on the toughest tables out there. Then they are not having fun and may not come back.
