Insight needed to reaffirm my suspicions of a hack job on my gold crown III.

What I think most people fail to understand, is that when a mechanic is done working on a table...that's it, that's all you get, because no matter what a mechanic says, the last job he/she did is the best of what they "normally" do, and are not going to change if called back again, no matter how many times they come back. IF the mechanic don't have the skills to do the job right the first time, they're for sure not going to have the skills needed to correct the job if they're called back a second time. I understand there are a few exceptions to the rule, but not many

When we talked Sun/Mon. about what he's putting you through, I hoped for the best, although after seeing so much of his work.....
There are many TX AZers who have seen examples of his work around town, and honestly, I'm more than happy to keep taking more businesses away from him.
Maybe he'll go find something else to do.
Give me a call, I'll come take a look at your table today if you're free.
Or I'll be at the US Open Qualifier at JR Pockets in a little while-

I've just came up with a new T.V. show idea called, "Hacked".

On a serious note:Don't let them back in.Get in contact with the hack for a refund. If they refuse take them to court.2nd contact the realkingcobra. That table needs to be rebuilt top to bottom.

Ditto and ditto

It almost looks like theres a missing casting bolt or a broken casting. you have the pocket out try to fix them yourself with a 9/16th socket. loosen , align , tighten.

UDATE:

The owner of the company has called me back and we are meeting on monday. He offered his sincerest apology and wants to meet me on monday to go over every problem with the table and if we cannot agree to what needs to be done to make the table "right" he told me he would gladly give me my money back.

I will let you all know how things turn out. From my end, the only way that I see this to be resolved is that they replace the entire rail assembly with parts that fit properly.

Shane, I appreciate your generosity and will certainly keep you up to date. You just missed me at JR Pockets... two tough close matches and out
