Install Leather Wrap

I have a Viking Q14 that I would like to have a Leather wrap installed on, the threaded one has started coming off and I just prefer leather wraps.

Anybody here do this or know someone reputable to send it too?

What can I expect for a cost to have this done?

Yes Billiard Bill does nice work, leather is $99. He did one of my cues recently.
