Instroke Case Repair

I've had a nice INSTROKE case for 6 years now. Recently the little lever that keeps the top shut just FELL OUT. Does anyone have a POC for instroke that I could contact about having my case fixed? I've had this case for 6 years now and I really want to get it fixed.

Hey Matt!

A long nosed pair of needle nose pliers with a little tape on the nose pieces works fine.
Maybe bring it over some day.

Thanks....but I idiotically lost the pieces that fell out. I'll probably need them replaced. Oh, and need I mention that at one point I sold this case along with a cue to Don P. Don sold the cue, and then GAVE me back the case for my b-day because he knew how much I loved it. You have a legacy of generous deeds sir!

Twist Locks

Any shoe repairman will be able to fix your case, but it depends on how long you can stand to be without it. Plus you could save on shipping by staying local.

I have several new twist locks I ordered for cue cases, but they are not very substantial. I intend on switching the ones on my wife's instroke case sometime in the future to something like the ones in the link above.

Those are nice clasps alright, but I think the clasp problem was only with the old instrokes. If he replaces them with the diamond shape ones they have now, he should be fine.
