Instroke Cases

Hi, I wanted to get some feedback on Instroke cases maybe from some of you that have owned them.
Wanted to see how the Instroke cases compare to each other
Premier vs Geo vs Leather (Cowboy)
I know the prices vary on them and the highest cost on the real leather ones, but other then that how is the construction and the interior on them. Do they hold up about equally?
I'm thinking of buying an instroke but don't know if just to buy a vinyl or buy the leather, if they both hold and protect my cues about the same then I'd rather save money but if it's better to invest more on the leather then I'd have to think about it.

I have a leather southwest and I love it! Best case I've owned

I have an original Instroke from way back when, and use it all the time, this case still functions like a new case. Zippers, locking mechanism, strap, handle......the whole deal.....like new!
It's been through some rough times and it shows but it functions perfectly, but thats why one gets an expensive case, so it and the cues come out alive in case something happens.
I also love the way it holds the cues in place.
If i was buying a new case today I wouldn't hesitate for a second to get another Instroke.
By far the best case I've owned.

the cases are great.. and for the money, the vinyl will hold up the best... it's commercial grade vinyl, and I don't know how that will ever wear out just lugging cues back and forth to the pool hall. So, money wise, this makes the best "cents".

The top leather ones are very nice, and you will get a decade(s) or more out of them, depends on how you take care of it. They look MUCH nicer, but you are paying for that as well.

The GEO's are recycled leather, and will wear the fastest, and will show the signs on the straps and handle in a few years. The case will still function, and still do the job, just it will look a little worn 5 to 7 years down the road ....

And btw, I still own all three of the cases described above :)

I can testify to that. I have had one for that long. Still looks and works like new.

I have the cowboy leather instroke. I've had it for about 6-7 months now, so i cannt speak to longevity, but it so far has been top notch. I only have two MINOR complaints. I have the 3x5 case and the sleeves don't fit my shafts and butts quite as snugly as id like. They are still snug, but id like a BIT more. The other minor complaint is the feet on the bottom are very small hard plastic feet and it makes it very hard to stand the case upright on any floor, or to lean it against something when its on a hard floor because the hard plastic feet slide. Best to just lay it down on a table or the floor. Other than that its awesome, very well crafted and solid.

I've had one (leather) since 05. It still looks good, though it's showing some wear as I play a lot, but over all I am very satisfied with it. It's built like a tank.
