Instructor... Coach... Mentor... What are the Differences?

Iam all 3 depending on who i work with.

I instruct when i do lessons.

I coach players when im at tournaments.. giving advice

And i'm a mentor to my first pool student John Morra

An instructor tells you what to shoot.
A coach tells you how to shoot.
A mentor tells you both along with why you are doing both.

Instructor, coach?

An instructor tells you what to shoot.
A coach tells you how to shoot.
A mentor tells you both along with why you are doing both.

The Oxford Dictionary tells us that the three terms are synonymous. Regarding pool, I see the following minor differences:

An instructor shows the student how they can make themselves a better player.
A coach is someone who gives advice during competition (can be what OR how to shoot). A "coach" can be one item of info that the "coach" (person) imparts. "Coach" is also of course a verb; it's what the coach (person) does.
A mentor is a long-term instructor/coach/adviser.
