I'm hoping to find someone local that I could spend a series of 1 hour lessons rather than one 4-hour or 8-hour lesson. Baby steps.
One hour is a VERY short amount of time. I tell all of my new students to expect to spend a minimum of 3 hours on the first session. The time it takes to video a student shooting, and then review the video with them and then show them what they need to do to address any problems will take at least that long.
I don't work with students without first doing a video analysis...it is the most important thing we do.
