Let me just say, Tom knows how to treat people. If anyone has any doubts about the existence of good customer service, let them work with Tom. He will win you over. I had a minor issue with a tip and he so speedily addressed it, that I am just stunned. A good egg, great businessman, class act.

Probably telling everyone what they already know...but just want to take a minute to emphasize it!

Not to mention the tips are friggin awesome. Personal preference of course, but as long he's selling those things I'm playing with them.

Tom is a class act for sure, I had ordered 40 or 50 tips from him and the count was 2 or 3 short so I contacted Tom and in a few days I had the tips. This is just one great experience I have had with him. Great business man for sure.
