intentionally pocketing 2 balls on 1 shot - do u play these shots?

Definitely a good weapon to have in your arsenal, especially in 8 ball when your opponent's ball is blocking the pocket. Gotta hit it full though.

That first one was a fantastic shot.

As stated by my SoCo bro above, it's a useful shot to know in 8 ball.

I won the case game in an APA match during our teams' city championship run a few years back with a shot on the 8 ball that had to follow the opponents' ball in. It was the first time I'd considered the shot and I was mighty pleased with myself after making it. Mine was done on a much easier Valley table, with the snooker cut pockets and distances in the video I'm thoroughly impressed!

I've done it a few times when the situation called for it, mostly in 8-ball when needing to get the opponent's ball out of the way. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't...

That first example that was a game-winner was most impressive to me as well.

Those are some amazing shots. You gotta hit them pretty clean to make those!
When they're that tough, I think players will generally shoot it as a two-way shot: take away the opponent's hanger, with a chance to win by also dropping the 8, and also putting the cue ball in a spot where he'll have no shot if the 8 doesn't go. (I guess you could call that a three-way shot?)

I am not a pro by any means but when I shoot this type of shot I found out that if you use bottom English it will fallow through most of the time. im sure most of you guys already know that though.
