In looking at it a second time you can see Hoppe on it so it It may be a reworked Hoppe by any number of cue makers. Did Rambow's have Hoppe on them?

According to an article reporting on Mr. Rambow dated July 7th 1967 he did make a cue for Mr. Hoppe (Chicago Billiards Museum). It does not reference any info concerning names applied. So to answer specifically, I don't know. Even if it is refinished or reworked it sure looks like the real deal.

I was actually referring to the cue having the Willie Hoppe stamping like you find on Brunswick Titlist's. This would mean it was made from a Brunswick cue. I was wondering if Rambow used them and did he leave on the signature logo sometimes.

As there were many cue makers using the Titlist blanks as well as many conversions, I have searched high and low and find no evidence on the logo being left on any of his cues.
 
That seller could be someone from the forum......believe we have someone here with a similar name as the seller?
