Interesting Predicament

So I recently received my loaded custom cue from Chris Nitti, which is an absolute beauty that is flawless in every way, shape, and form. More importantly, I love the way it feels when I shoot with it, even more than my Mezz which has been my favorite player the moment I paired it with the Ignite shaft. I now find myself in an interesting predicament that I haven't really ever faced before; what do I want to shoot with going forward?!
  1. Should I order 2nd cue from Nitti, this time a Merry Widow to serve as my main player?
  2. Should I just swallow my greed and continue using my 2nd favorite player cue as my main?
As for why I don't just use my Nitti as my main, the reason is simple; it's too nice (and expensive) and my trust in fellow man is too low.

If I could have any of my sold cues back, it would be a Nitti I've owned. The middle one but I would take the merry widow too. Carbon shafts turned my head and I wanted something that looked better suited.

For what it's worth, I couldn't imagine not playing with my Nitti.

Another option might be to get one of David Elliott's cues. As you probably know, he's Chris's stepson and protégé. Chris swears that David's going to be a better maker than he is in the not terribly distant future.

Believe me when I say they play just like Chris's. At half the wait time and half the price. He may even have something fairly straightforward ready to go.

Give him a call. Like Chris, he'll answer his phone.

Do you happen to have his contact info?

It's like sitting down to a meal that looks great but you haven't put it into your mouth.
No matter what you think you're seeing, your taste buds will make that final decision for you.

I finally had a chance to call Chris and you are now looking at the future proud owner of a Nitti Merry Widow cue.
