Internet Gambling law could hurt HO deal

Here is some food for thought. What happens if the internet gambling bill is passed and signed by the President? Will it impact the HO deal? Also, will the Ho deal be a sale of ALL THE ASSETS AND LIABILITIES? I think KT is trying to sell the IPT and leave HO on the line to pay the players unknowingly. What happens if the sale goes through and millions are owed to the players? Does KT owe them or HO?????

This is all smoke and mirrors and alot of BS!!!!!!!!!!!

The sale is to make the most profit if it is even really happening. Ho is not stupid and the impact of the above mentioned isssues will almost certainly prevent it from happening anytime soon. ONLY A FOOL would buy now with such pending legislation looming over its head. HO ain't no FOOL!!!

Just some thoughts and food for thought!!!

Also, any word on how the last minute cancelation of the Europe tournament has impacted things. Logic suggest, that the tables had to be shipped long ago to the venue in Europe to only be cancelled last minute. Are the tables 60 of them stuck over seas? and how is Diamond handling all of this given they have to prep and set up tables or else the players will be playing Marbles on the FLOOR???????

A little Bi-line

is that in the paper this morning, buried on page 4 of the B section, there was a small strip on the law, and the fact that the federal government
EXPECTS banks and financial institutions to be the ones to ENFORCE the law.

My initial reply to this would be - that is like trying to control all the auctions on Ebay, and we all know the answer to that one ... lol
