The official APA scorekeeping app is great, but it's pretty limited, in that you can only use it to score official matches that have been "released" by the head office. (And some divisions don't support using the app at all.)
For the times when it would be nice to use the scorekeeping app but you can't, here's a link to an iOS app that will let you keep score for any arbitrary match.
If you're supposed to be keeping score on paper, it's pretty easy to use the app to keep score, and then after every rack, you just copy down the information from the app to the paper score sheet. (Scores, innings, dead balls, etc.)
