Meskwaki Casino in Tama, IA will host the second stop of the Native American Casino Pool Tour. It will feature a $700 added nine ball
event on Sept 14 and a possible $4800 added 3-person team tourney
the 15th and 16th. More info can be found on www.drpool.net.
The tour is beginning its fifth season and will feature an estimated
$15,000 added final next April.

Sweet

Do you have to be qualified for this? Last casino event (Riverside) you had to be qualified. I will be at this anyway since it is close. Thanks for the info.

Only stipulation is that you can't be listed on the top amateur list which
is viewable on drpool.net. The 3 person teams can be any combination of men or women.

while I appreciate a great tourney coming to the area, how come the short notice? how about the organizers get some flyers in the hands of some players. nobody in des moines knew anything about this tourney. you need to get the word out quicker.

pm me if you are the organizer and I will help get the word out in the des moines area.

Question

Do you have to be pre-registered for the singles or just teams? Is the 9-ball single elim and if you don't cash you get free entry into single elim 8-ball? The link that you gave was kinda confusing to me. Thanks.

Singles 9 ball is single elim and handicapped and does not have to be
preregistered by mail.

The team event should be mailed or you can pay an additional $30 per
team on site up until the reg. deadline.

The free last chance tournament is open to the teams only who do
not cash.
