iPhone app. break speed

i am testing out this app for the iPhone, it asks for the table size. do you measure the table from tip of the bumper to bumper or edge of the wooden rail? i have an 8' table but there is also an oversized 8'.

you measure tables from the tip of the cushion or playing field size.
