IPT......4 in Ohio --- 0 in Florida?

4 of the Qualifying tournys are in Ohio and none in Florida....which has probably the most competitive regional tour in the country. Only 2 are in the Southeastern US...NC and GA. This wouldn't bother me so much...except I can't figure out how Ohio rates FOUR tournaments....:confused:
 
I imagine the four in Ohio got picked for a couple reasons. The pool hall is large enough and they requested to hold the qualifier.

I thought Rocky at Capones in Spring Hill would opt to hold a qualifier but when I asked him if he put in for it he said no.

I thought the Seminoles would hold one at one of their casinos but I guess not.

I wonder if any pool rooms put in for it and were denied?

It may not be a big money maker for the pool room and after all the negative talk about the slow cloth they may not want to have to install that on their tables and then have to replace the cloth again after the qualifier.
