I know that Blue Mountain is good quality, but do they make colors other than white w/ green speck? Do they have a site where I could look at available choices? (I'm not a cuemaker, so there's no competition - just want to see the selection.) What do you guys think are the high quality "brand" choices nowadays? IS there a large quality discrepancy in the market at this point?
What are the "specs" required for wrapping cues...?

Blue Mountain themselves are out of business but here are a number of colors available in Irish Linen.

Thanks, Dick. I've looked at Atlas & Prather both, and I didn't know Blue Mountain was out of business.
Most importantly at this point, I'd like some opinions on quality of what's out there readily available. I don't expect anyone to compromise themselves with a supplier, of course - but does anyone have a decided preference?
 
Atlas and Prather have decent prices on low quantities. I used to sell Blue Mountain linen and I had to buy 40 one pound spools of each color to buy wholesale, before they went out of business. So unless you are getting in the linen business Atlas and Prather have about as good of prices as anyone.

More concerned with quality, no sense quibbling over the price of a linen wrap...
Not getting in the any kind of business but my own cue preferences.
Do you have any Blue Mountain in a cream w/ brown speck, or close?

Blue Mountain is a good choice, I like it very much but it is getting harder to find in 1 lb spools since they stopped making it.

Hurlbert is also a good choice but again it is also no longer made.

I have about 21 different colors of linen a mixed batch from the above linen makers. Is there a certain color you are looking for?
 
Yes, Craig. I'd love to find a cream w/ light brown - preferably in Blue Mountain given the known quality. Tommy - hangemhigh - is just about to "tune in" a cue for me so I'm kind of lining up resources. He may have just the thing, too.
