Most are home made. I just use two Delrin blocks 1/2 x 2 x about 10 inches. I find they work even better then the ones on the market I have tried.

Go oldschool......cut (2) pieces of oak appx. 1" x 3/4" x 12" and "hinge" them together with a long bolt and a spacer. I'd offer a picture of mine, but I'm not at home right now. If I think about it, I'll take a picture later and post it or someone else may have a pic to post up before then.
