Well My Tice has a nice White with lil black speck is starting to fray a lil bit. One day I hope to get a nice Stack Leather wrap on this but the frays are very tiny but noticeable........Anything I can do instead of half-ass lacquering?

Jamie,

If there is a good cue repair guy around let him clean, lightly sand, and repress your wrap on his lathe. Another step that I like is sealing, and burnishing. The sealer I like is Behlen's Woodturner's Finish. It's a clear shellac based product that works great.

We're talking a light seal coat that is burnished as it is applied to a turning cue butt. Not a heavy coating that gives a wrapless cue feel.

wrap

A Bounce dryer sheet and a shot glass should work just fine. has for me in the past on a wrap that had lots of fraying.
