hey i know this is not probably the place to put this, so sorry for that.
i bought a bludworth shaft machine and i have have nothing but problems. it arrived without a saw blade or video on using it. it took another 2 weeks to get those, then i find out the computer doesnt have the programs in it. i called him a week before he left for vegas and no programs, he said to call his son to get them, his son says no problem, yet 4 days later still no programs, i call his son and he says he is to tired to talk to me!!!!!! i still don't have the programs and now i noticed that there are 8 screw's that are stripped out on it.(out of the box) he said he will send new blocks when he gets home. so i guess my question is he going to take care of this stuff this year or should i just try to get my money back and find another machine. and is the machine worth the wait on poor customer care????? would really like some feed back thanks rackboy.

I do not care who the gentleman is, this is BAD Customer service. He may be the greatest guy in the world, but I would return the equipment for refund. You have given him a fair chance to correct the problem and you still have a problem.

In my opinion there is no excuse, and even if he makes it right, some times it is too late and bad feelings can not be forgotten.

we had similar prob with the bludworth ball cleaner and we had to just buy another one. when we got it the balls were jumping out of it violently. very dangerous and nothing was done for us :( :( :(

mind is made up, thanks for the replies.
Erick,

For the record, sir,

I talked with you last saturday [sat the 25th of Aug]. and offered to come by your shop when driving thru Phoniex, and help you out. You refused my help and said you and your brother were going to mount the machine, that same day . It was then, sir, you told me I sent the wrong screws for the piviots. You replaced the screws of the proper size. I failed to send the blade and DVD, with the machine, but did, a couple of weeks later....

One reason for this was the many floods we had here in our town and county, Most of you should of seen on TV the floods of late here in Texas, well, I was right in the middle of it, so yes, I was slow about getting things done. Couldn't get to my shop off and on for 6 weeks.......There's a low water bridge coming to my ranch, [ and shop], and the water got over it up to 17 1/2 ft. The river came up over it 7 times in 6 weeks.......

But you say it's poor customer service, but you just now got around to mounting it after having it for 4 to 5 weeks....you received the DVD and still waited 3 weeks or better to mount it.......

I sir offered to help out, but you refussed my help.....

The programing was included with the dvd, for some reason, it didn't copy properly. I didn't copy it to the dvd, nor did I check it before it was sent. I had another person copy it for me. I do take full responsibitly for this. The new dvd will be in the mail today, or tomorrow............my computer guy is working on it at this writting.....

I have always called you back when you called and took care of you best I could and not ONCE, dodged you or your calls.........not my way to do things, friend......

Talking again with you on sunday, you said it was mounted and worked just fine.....So you didn't get ripped off...........

As far as the guy sounding off about a BLUDWORTH BALL CLEANER, I sold that company a few years back. It bears my name, and I, no longer own it. I don't recall dealing with anyone named Sutton.

I In No Means Want To Knock Anyone, Thats Why I Did Not Come On Here Before, But Some Of These Issues Were The Same As My Machine That I Ordered From Blud.the Screws That Fell Out In The Box, Mine Were The Wrong Size And Epoxied To Make Them Fit. Only One Fell Out Of My Machine. I Found Out About The Epoxy When We Tore The Machine Down To Fix It. Just Run A Tap Back Through And Clean Out The Epoxy , Purchase The Right Allen Bolts , And Thats That
Same Issue On The Blade, but We Found A Triple Chip Blade That Works Much Better For Us.
We Encountered Several More Problems With This Machine, but After Replacing Pins, Bearings, Cutting And Notching The Slide Table, shiming One End Of Our Hinge .024", Turning New Live Center(ours Was Too Short)recalibrating Stepper Motors, Ours Finally Works!!
We Could Have Returned Our Machine When Blud Told Me To F#@# Off And Send It Back To Him And He Will Return Our Money, but I Didnt Want To Wait Another Three Months For A Refund
At One Point, He Asked If I Was On Crank Or Something, Because I Asked Him Too Many Questions And Spoke Too Fast For Him.
But , We Figured It Out, And Now Works Fine. I Was Ready To Purchase His Cnc Machine For $12k, But After The Poor Craftsmanship And Horrible Customer Service, We Are Purchising Elsewhere.
I Would Never Have Came On Here, But We Thought We Might Have Just Had Bad Luck Since Nobody Else Ever Reported Any Problems. Since The Symptoms Were So Simalar, We Thought We Must Reply.
I Apologize For The Open Comments, Not Typical Here.

nice try however i spoke with leanord himself. he gave me a song and dance about his wife being sick or something. whoever drug their feet and we finally sent us a new one out that had the same problem. we ripped the second one apart and shimmed the deck up so the balls didnt jump out killing someone and it was fine. poor craftsmanship and even worse customer service. i will buy new balls before buying another machine from you

As some one who also lost his wife to cancer, I feel Blud's pain. Yeah, he let a lot of things go while taking care of his dying wife. But let's give him some slack for getting behind during that trying time. He was not giving you a song and dance. His wife was dying. His heart was not in his work during that time. I went to his house and saw the way he looked at her as she laid in that bed. His eyes beamed with love for her and he tried to give his attention to taking care of her during that time. And he had to TRY and depend on his helpers to get everything done for him as best as he could. He cherished every single minute he could spend with her and really wanted to be no where else. He drove pretty much non-stop from Texas to Georgia and back during that time to deliver my 4-head saw machine, because he didn't want to have to leave her. So I encourage everyone not to bring up anything that happened during that time, since he was going through the most trying time of his life.
